After getting 5 other quotes, they were also the most reasonably price and their turn around time was faster than anyone else. These guys are awesome. Our old units were at the end of life and struggling to keep the house below 80 degrees. Al determined the builder-installed units were sized wrong and helped us figure out what we would need. His team installed two new AC units for us in one day, on possibly the hottest day of the year. They are very quick to respond to any questions and are clearly knowledgeable. We can tell a difference in efficiency already and our first electric bill was lower too. I would definitely recommend Comfort Pro LLC to anyone in need of HVAC replacement.

We got a new AC unit last year and mistakenly thought we didn’t need our annual check up. Sure enough, our AC wouldn’t turn on and I gave Al a call. Within an hour and outside of normal business hours, we had a tech at our house. It was just a clogged drain that would’ve been caught in our annual check up and was quickly resolved at no cost to us. Now, thanks to the service from Comfort Pro that far exceeded expectations, we won’t have to go to bed in a 90 degree house.

Alex was top notch when he arrived to resolve my concerns with my gas furnace. He’s a very pleasant and easy to talk with gentleman. He answered all my concerns and followed up the very next day to ensure everything was working well. Alex didn’t leave until he was certain I was satisfied with his service!
