Heating replacement service call. Customer’s 10 year old Lennox unit failed during the cold snap and they didn’t want to spend money on furnace repair when it was time for a new furnace installation. Performed the install and hauled old unit away.
Furnace maintenance service call. Customer has 3 year old Lennox system and is a member of our comfort club. Went through full heating maintenance checklist to complete the furnace tune-up, system is in great shape.

Experience good. Problem the house was warmer at a lower temperature setting before service. Before service 68 to 70 now 72 ? And it’s not because of weather .
