I replaced the evaporator coil in a residential home.

I was called to a home to fix a heating problem. I found that the zone board was not working correctly. I adjusted the board and the heat was back on.

I performed routine maintenance on a heating system. I checked the system's components, cleaned the filters, and made any necessary adjustments. I also checked the thermostat and made sure it was working properly.

I was called to replace a broken evac coil in a residential home. The coil was leaking and causing the air conditioner to not work properly. I removed the old coil and replaced it with a new one, making sure to properly seal all connections. The homeowner was very satisfied with the work and thanked me for my help.

I gave a free estimate on replacing the unit downstairs.

Heating replacement service call. Customer’s 10 year old Lennox unit failed during the cold snap and they didn’t want to spend money on furnace repair when it was time for a new furnace installation. Performed the install and hauled old unit away.

I did a small repair to an A.C unit for a customer. I cleaned the system and made sure that everything else was working properly. The customer was pleased and their A.C unit is now ready to take on the summer heat.
